Busy Saturday

We have a lot going on this Saturday... temple in the morning & boondocks later that evening.

Meet us at the Draper Temple on Saturday morning for an 8am session. Those with limited use recommends are also encouraged to do baptisms at that same time.

We will then meet back up at 5:30pm for a BBQ at Brother Rowley's house. Boondocks will be from 7-10pm. Use this time to invite those you home teach, visit teach, or those who are less active to join us Saturday night!

Softball Schedule

Great game today with softball. Here is the schedule for the rest of the season. Looks like we'll be playing at 8:10pm for the rest of the season!

Co-ed softball on Thursday! 6pm at the Corner Canyon Stake Center (13400 S. 1300 E.). Remember that we need at least four girls committed to playing and bring your own bats and gloves if you have them!

Forum: Jack Christianson

Institute forum is tonight! 8:30pm at the Sandy Institute. The speaker will be Jack R. Christianson, recently released as a mission president. He is also an author, former Orem Institute director, visiting scholar at BYU, and he published numerous talks on CD's. Don't miss out!

Stake Cannery Assignment

Our YSA stake has a deep cleaning cannery assignment tomorrow night!  They need 12 people from our stake to help with the Semi-Annual Deep Cleaning from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.  We need a commitment of 2 people from our ward, the more the merrier though! Meet at the LDS Murray Cannery at 5pm (4373 So. Main St. | Murray, UT).

Kickball

Come play kickball with us Monday night for FHE. 7pm at the church building near Juan Diego (11600 S 300 E).

Temple & Family History Class

Hey everyone temple and family history class starts again July 28th during the 2nd hour. Please bring your laptops or tablets if you can. We have a lot of fun together so hope to see you there!

Ward Prayer

Ward prayer is tonight! 8pm at Erin Remund's house (address on facebook) We will be treated with a dutch oven dessert, so be sure to come!

We have a munch & mingle after church this week, so be sure to stick around for some bagels and cream cheese!

Softball Begins!

We have our first co-ed softball game tomorrow (Thursday, July 11th)! We will be playing the Crescent Park ward at 7:15pm. Bring your own gloves and bats. There will be treats and sno cones to keep you refreshed. Even if you don't come to play, at least come cheer on the ward. We need at least 4 girls on the field at all times (slow pitch, 2 strikes, 3 balls). Games will be each Thursday (various times) always at the Corner Canyon Stake Center (13400 S. 1300 E.) Be there at 7:15pm!

Ward Temple Night Coming Up

Hey everyone! Ward Temple night is Thursday July 18th. There will be a session at 7:00 that night for those that would like to be a part of that. We would like to encourage everyone to try and attend the temple sometime during the day if you can't make it at 7. An ice cream/treat party will take place that night at 9:00. Location TBA soon!

Soccer on Tuesday

Soccer Tuesday evening at 7:00 pm at the soccer field behind Jordan High School (on the north side of the school). Everyone should come. We had a few first timers last week and we all had a blast! Even for those who don't think they're that great, we still really want you to come have fun with us! At the field with the green arrow. Hope to see you there!

Why: Because we can and there will be pizza!

We have arranged for an awesome 4x4x4x4 Halo 4 LAN party with four Xbox's, four projectors, a big 'ol networking switch, and lots of fun 4 all guys! And we'll have pizza and drinks as an added incentive (not that it's needed).
