CES Devotional

We have a CES Devotional on Sunday Jan. 12th at 6pm that will be broadcast at the church building! The Speaker will be Elder Tad R. Callister.

Hey everyone, the annual trip to Temple Square is at 7pm! Meet at the Alta building at 6:30pm to carpool. Dress warm!

Service Activity

There is a great service Activity at the Adult Detox Center (252 W Brooklyn Ave SLC, 84101) tomorrow (Saturday) at 4:30pm. Meet at the church at 3:30pm to carpool. We will be feeding those there and afterward we will play games and do a Christmas program.

Combined Ward Activity

Tonight we're having a combined Ward Activity with Crescent Park Ward. It will be at 7:00 at the Alta building.
We're serving a full Thanksgiving dinner and holding a service auction. Our objective is to raise money for a family in need. All money raised will be contributed toward that family’s Christmas.
You can help in two ways: 1) Submit an item or an act of service for auction and/or 2) Participate in the service auction by purchasing items offered by others.
These acts of service could range from anything from washing someone’s car to giving a free pottery lesson. If you can’t think of an act of service you can also offer an item. This could be a scrumptious baked good or that brand new pair of PF Flyers you’ve never worn. The options are endless! Please post here if you have an item you would like to auction. You do not need to be present to sell an item. If you're planning to buy an item tonight it would be best to bring cash or checks. Thank you!!!
